Creating a vision that spoke more than words has always been something I have loved to do. Whether it comes from fabric or foam, natural or synthetics, the old or the new, it is about sharing an idea that sparks the senses. Not one to stick with a single style, I love to branch out and try new things, mixing trusted techniques with unique methods where necessary. I am always keen to learn a new skill.

Being a mum of two, the madness of family life helps inspire the creative energy within me. Experience with many areas of costuming and prop making makes me a good all-rounder for many concepts. Knowledge of how the body moves and changes helps me get the perfect fit and function for my projects.  A passion to keep the history of garments alive has me conserving whenever and wherever possible.
